You spend more time on screen

People who sit for nine hours or more at their work places are 80%  more likely to face the issues. It was also found that tech obsession is the main reason for back and neck pain problems.

You ignore your core

The core is your back, side, pelvic, and buttock muscles which is like a crane that supports all the movements.  Core exercises like lunges, squats, planks, and others should be done in a correct way so that it is not stressful for the body.

Sleeping on your stomach can cause your lumbar region of your spine, or your lower back, to forcefully extend beyond its normal limits. This can strain the ligaments in the back of your spine, which could lead to—or worsen—back pain. .

Skeletal irregularities

Back pain normally occurs if the spine curves abnormally because of sitting straight on the chair or sleeping down in a curved form .

Muscle or ligament strain

If one goes for repeated heavy weight lifting or faces a sudden awkward movement, it may strain back muscles and spinal ligaments . Also the constant strain on your back may cause painful muscle spasms too.

Arthritis. In some cases arthritis in the spine can lead to a narrowing of the space around the spinal cord, a condition called spinal stenosis.
