Sweating is a natural process that regulates body temperature. Some people experience normal sweating whereas some suffer from excessive sweating.  Diet plays an important role in controlling the sweating process so in order to deal with sweat problems, you must start eating food items that reduce sweating.   • Water

One of the simplest and easiest ways to treat sweat problems is to drink plenty of water. When your body is properly hydrated, it won’t have to work hard to regulate your body temperature.

Oats are rich in fiber and low in fat thus your body quickly digests them. As they are easily digested the body doesn’t have to work hard and it cools down easily.

Calcium is an essential nutrient that keeps your body healthy and slows down the process of sweating. By consuming calcium-rich foods you provide your body with ammo it needs to regulate temperature and reduce perspiration. Some calcium-rich foods are cottage cheese, almonds, baked beans, and kale. You can also add milk to your morning routine.

  • Olive oil

Your body sweats when it becomes difficult to digest food and olive oil is easy digestible. Food cooked in olive oil is not only delicious but easy to digest too and helps regulates the body temperature and sweat in the body.

  • Water dense fruits and vegetables

In order to reduce sweating, you need to incorporate vegetables and fruits with high water content in your diet. These can include cauliflower, red cabbage, spinach, and broccoli. Eating watermelon and grapes is also a great idea because they are a good source of fiber and water.  Also they are easy to digest and keeps the body hydrated.

  • Vitamin B rich foods

Vitamin B is very important for the normal metabolic functioning of the body, so you must include it in your diet. Some Vitamin B rich foods are fish, eggs, meat, and vegetables.
