Try yoga to reduce symptoms

Yoga is any way helpful in many cases and is beneficial in easing the symptoms of this condition too. It has been seen that majority of people who suffered from moderate asthma but practised yoga showed improvements in their quality of life and respiratory symptoms.

Be aware of pet allergies

Many people are allergic to pet dander. It’s hard to accept especially for pet lovers but a simple allergy test can determine if you have allergies from them or not. If yes, keep your pets away from the bedroom and it is also advised to shampoo their fur regularly to remove the asthma-inducing dander.

Avoid Smoking

Smoke is the most common asthma trigger. Avoid environments where there will be a lot of cigarette smoke because it’s very injurious not only for people suffering from asthma but even for others.

Know how much you can exercise

It is essential to maintain the overall health and fitness. Certain exercises can also trigger it so one should think before practising one. People who know that exercises can be one of the reasons that can cause attacks on them, it’s important to go for its medication and try more of meditation.

Limit dust exposure

Limiting dust exposure you are benefitting the same way as with avoiding tobacco. Remove carpets, wash beddings regularly, buy allergen-barrier coverings for the pillows and mattresses, cover your nose when out etc.

Relieve Stress

Stress is normally ignored but is yet another one that can trigger asthma attacks. It was found that stress many times increases inflammation in the airways of lungs,  which triggers asthma.
