Eating Almonds are one of the best ways to keep your eyesight perfect. It contains vitamin E which fights unstable molecules that target healthy tissue. Apart from this, it also prevents cataracts and other eye-related issues.
Carrots have always been known as one of the best foods for eyes. It contains vitamin A and beta-carotene which prevent eye infections and other eye-related problems. Other attention-grabbing benefits are it protects against cancer, reduces the risk of heart disease & stroke etc.
