Bollywood divas Kareena Kapoor Khan and Malaika Arora have one of the best body among all the actresses. They are always seen in videos that gives everyone major fitness goals. Recently, their fitness trainer Namrata Purohit shared a recording of her while working out with both of them. Their hard work is just worth watching. This is not for the first time that Kareena’s clip while working out has been shared, earlier also her trainer posted such video of her. For Bebo doing exercise is fun and it needs motivation and strength. In the video, all three of them are doing various exercises from basic lunges and squats to training with core stix and reformers. Core Stix is a set of weighted bars with a base which helps in the whole body work out and builds strength. It is not very easy to perform all these exercises but their dedication is surely motivating all.
