This time too Malaika posted a video of her where she can be seen doing leg workout with her sister Amrita Arora.
Her clip is showcasing the real reason behind her beautiful curves. Both the ladies can be seen doing the cross behind lunges and this kind of workout can be done with body weight or added weight as well. It strengthens the glutes, quads, legs, hamstrings and calves while helping in balance, stability and coordination.

Apart from this Malaika Arora believes that to stay fit you must have a disciplined routine and should always be dedicated towards your goal. Along with the gym, the actress also does a lot of yoga and has also posted a picture while doing it. “Yoga helps you become who you want to be. It gives you the self-confidence, self-belief and the mental power to go the extra mile,” said Malaika Arora Khan.
