Loosing inner thigh fat is a tedious task so you need to work hard to get results and the best way is to follow a healthy diet and practicing the right workout regime. So here are some exercises to reduce inner thigh fat:
- Frog jumps
Frog jumps means jumping like a frog and is an extremely effective exercise that uses your quads, glutes and hip flexors. This will help you burn extra fat around inner thighs.
- Jumping jacks
It is a great warm-up exercise to stay fit and healthy. Raise your arms over your head and jump with your feet spreading away from each other. Do it 20 times. It will tone both your arms and thighs.
- Sumo goblet squat
Sumo squats helps in toning your thighs and butt and they are also great for getting rid of belly fat. Spread your feet wider than your shoulders and position your feet at a 45=degree angle. Now perform a 90-degree angle squat while raising your hands to meet under your chin.
- Glute kickbacks
This exercise is for your glute and thigh. Get down on all your fours and make sure your back remains straight and parallel to the floor. Now kick your heel up toward the ceiling and hold this position for a few seconds and return. Repeat with other leg too.
Repeat all the above exercises at least 50 times.
