Leg cramps are quite painful and can last up to several minutes. These cramps can occur due to contraction of the leg muscles. The inflammation due to serious cramp requires massage and relaxation to get relief. They usually occur in the lower part of the leg, the hamstring, back and front of the thigh and must be treated quickly . Here  are some ways to do so

  • Stretching

The cramped muscle needs to be stretched, by doing this you are stopping it from remaining in the contracted or cramped position. This also helps to relieve muscle strain. You must hold the stretched position for one minute to get relief.

  • Apple cider vinegar

ACV has high amounts of potassium, which helps in the removal of muscle strain. Because of the lack of potassium in the body, muscle strains occur and apple cider vinegar can treat it. To get relief from cramps you should drink apple cider vinegar in hot water.

  • Massage
