All of us are missing our favorite foods from particular restaurants, and recently I was craving for KFC style chicken popcorn at home. There is something about these crispy small bites that make us miss them so IÂ decided to make them myself and here is the quick and easy recipeÂ
Ingredients:
250 gms chicken (boneless)
2 tbsp cornflour or all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
3/4 tsp red chili powder or paprika or cayenne pepper
oil for deep frying
Method:Â
- Take a bowl, add paprika or red chili powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic powder or paste, chaat masala or any seasoning and salt.Â
- Mix it well and taste the mixture.Â
- Cut the chicken into tiny bite-sized pieces. Make sure you cut them into small pieces.
- Now add the chicken pieces into the mixture and mix well
- Now add the flour to coat the chicken.
- Put
- the egg and again mix everything.Â
- Now cover the pieces with bread crumbs.Â
- Heat oil in a panÂ
- When the oil is hot enough, check by dropping a small piece of bread crumbs.Â
- Then drop pieces one after another in the oil. Do not stir until a minute.Â
- Fry until golden brown, then take them out and serve with a dip.Â
