This coronavirus pandemic has affected the world in numerous ways. While millions have been affected, thousands died and some states are still under complete lockdown. But there is one way in which the pandemic has affected every human being which is controlling their anxiety levels. People these days are anxious about their health and their loved ones, they are also worried about professional life and income as well. There is also social anxiety due to social distancing, in short we all miss the normal life and this makes us anxious.
