We all must be highly stressed due to the situation but don’t forget you need to be both mentally and physically strong to deal with this virus. Since you need to spend the whole day at your workstation, you should make sure that it’s a healthy space. So here are some ways to give your home workstation a healthy makeover:
- Add some plants
Plants can brighten up space and increase your happiness. Flowers exude positive vibes, they can refresh the mood and help you stay calm.
- A cushion for support

- Water bottle at the desk
