The day starts with breakfast, so if you know you will be going out in the evening start your day with a healthy breakfast. Do not forget to consume fruits and add items that support the immune system and promote digestive health.

Avoid too much drinking
Alcohol is full of calories especially when you are empty stomach so to consume less amount of alcohol and dilute it with water. Also, stuff yourself to slow down the absorption of alcohol in your system. Avoid drinking regularly as your body needs time to detoxify.

If you reach at a party hungry then try to resist eating too many sweets and unhealthy snacks. Take around and check out all the menu and decide what you want to have. Do not eat everything just because it is a party.

We know Christmas is a season of enjoyment but do not sit and party. Get up and do some exercise may be a quick walk, aerobics or yoga session. The more activity the better health.

Dehydration is bad for health even a little of it can lead to a headache and along with the effects of alcohol it is important for you to maintain the fluid consumption. So try to drink at least 7-8 glasses of water daily and do not forget to drink one glass before sleeping and after waking up.
