Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi posted a video of his morning exercise in respond to Indian Cricket Team captain Virat Kohli’s fitness challenge for the #HumFitTohIndiaFit campaign. In the video the Prime Minister is seen working out in the garden. The PM’s exercise routine has Yoga with walking on a track inspired by the Panch Tatvas or say the 5 elements of nature that are Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash. According to him, this is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating.

Earlier Virat Kohli had accepted the same fitness challenge by Indian sports Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore. In this challenge one has to shoot a video of their fitness regime and share it. Kohli posted his own video for the #HumFitTohIndiaFit campaign and then nominated Prime Minister Narendra Modi, ex-Indian cricket team captain MS Dhoni and Anushka Sharma for the same.
