Rockstar’s actress Nargis Fakhri is a fitness freak and she never compromise with her workout routines and is always willing to try out new in her exercises. She mostly does combat training and also practice Tai Chi or Qigong in her daily routine and is truly an inspiration for everyone who wants to have a perfect toned and chiseled body.
In an interview Nargis said “The new ways to work out have caught on in popularity because they are different from your regular gym routine, which makes it a lot of fun.” She also added, “In today’s day and age, there is a wide array of options to choose from–be it Masala Bhangra, Aqua Yoga, CrossFit, Spinning etc and activities are aimed to be fun and engaging, while still offering the benefits of fitness.”
