Ingredients
Oranges- 450 gms
Carrots- 80 gms
Beetroot- 50gms
Lemon- 1 nos
Mint- 2 springs
Cinnamon stick- 1 no
Turmeric- 20gms
Ginger- 20gms
Method
For Decoction:
– Grate fresh ginger and fresh turmeric. You can also use turmeric powder.
– Boil in the water together with a cinnamon stick
-Reduce the flame and keep it aside
– Allow the mixture to cool down
For Juice:
-Wash carrot, beetroot, and orange.
-Wash fresh mint leaves.
– Extract the juice out of it.
Mix the decoction and juice together and serve fresh. The ingredients used in this immunity booster detox drink can be easily found and is power-packed with Vitamin C.
