Your eyes say a lot about you. Other than dark circles, the most common problem is sunken or hollow eyes. They can make you look unhealthy, exhausted and ill as well.  Sunken eyes usually come with dark circles which makes it look even worse. •    Almond oil

The skin under the eyes is likely to lose the nutrients, so you need to nourish it with almond oil. Apply a few drops of almond oil under the eyes several times a day. It is rich in Vitamin E, which nourishes the skin.

•    Get enough sleep

Adequate sleep will gradually heal sunken eyes. Make sure you get at least 7 hours of good night’s sleep every day. And there is no harm in taking a small nap during the day.

•    Sandalwood

Sandalwood naturally nourishes the skin and adds radiance to it. You can apply sandalwood paste on the dark circles or use sandalwood essential oils as well. It improves dark circles and replenishes the skin.

•    Raw potato juice

Slice up a raw potato and place them over your closed eyelids for 20 minutes. Or you can apply the juice of raw potato to the spots. Raw potato juice can heal the sore eyes and dark circles and your skin will also become soft within a few days.

•    Stay hydrated

Your water intake totally affects your eyes. Keep yourself hydrated to get rid of sunken eyes. Drink plenty of water throughout the day and avoid caffeine and alcohol.

•    Use sunscreen

Wondering what sun protection has to do with sunken eyes? Too much sun exposure can damage the collagen in your skin which leads to wrinkles and sunken eyes. So apply sunscreen before leaving out in the sun. You must also wear sunglasses and hats.
