Teaching is one of the most respected professions in the country. They are the ones who help us chase our dreams and help us grow. But teaching is a hectic and tiring job as writing all day, standing, reading out loud, making papers, checking and being always available for students is both mentally and physically exhausting. So teacher’s need to pay attention to their health and as its teacher’s day tomorrow so we bring some health tips for all the teachers

· Take care of your voice

Your voice is your biggest asset so you need to take care of it. And to do that you must drink plenty of water, make sure you sip on warm water not chilled. Also, avoid shouting and talking too loudly unless it is very necessary. 

  • Pay attention to your back 

In this profession it is required to sit and stand for a very long time, so always maintain the correct posture. Your feet must touch the ground whenever you sit and your back should be straight. Also do a little bit of stretching in a day. 

  • Look after your eyes 

As a teacher, you need to take care of your eyes and avoid straining them. The best way to do so is to follow the 20-20-20 rules. This means you should look away every 20 minutes to a distance of at least 20 feet for at least 20 seconds. Also you must wash your eyes twice or thrice a day. 

  • Take out time for yourself 

Get enough sleep, rest, eat healthily and spend time with your family and friends to relax your mind.
