Indians celebrated National Doctor’s Day by thanking all the doctors for the sacrifice they made during the pandemic. COVID-19 took many lives and the raging pandemic led to doctors working for hours without taking a break.
The medical staff and healthcare system was under extreme pressure during the second wave but doctors came to the rescue of many patients and worked in hospitals, despite losing their own loved ones to COVID-19.
