They have been asking him to do weird things as he has been one of the biggest Indian names ever in professional wrestling history. This former Police officer of Punjab, has won against many hardcore wrestlers. Since he is trending so people are curious to know about his fitness and diet routine. Here are the details

The Diet of Khali:

The Great Khali has a huge body to maintain so his diet is heavy and full of protein. Though he has not talked about his diet plan but as per sources it includes: 

Morning breakfast:

In the morning, Khali has fruit juices and fruits, two liters of milk, 8 eggs, and 100 gms of dried fruit. Before breakfast, Khali drinks a lot of water and walks for a few minutes. 

Afternoon:

In the afternoon he eats curry, pulses, salads, 1 kg of chicken and dried fruits. 

Dinner:

For dinner , Khali likes cheese, legumes, vegetables, 10 wheat bread, brown rice, chicken, 6 eggs, on his plate. He also consumes two liters of milk and ice after dinner

To maintain his strength, he follows an extensive workout schedule throughout the week. He practices different exercises every day.

Sunday: He works on strengthening his chest on Sundays

Monday:  He workouts on his upper body

Tuesday: He practices extensive cardio on Tuesdays

Wednesday: Khali focuses on shoulder exercises this day.

Thursday: He aims at strengthening his spine.

Friday: Friday is leg day for The Great Khali.

Saturdays are rest days for him.
