India is affected by the second wave of coronavirus right now. Recently, the country crossed over 1 lakh new covid cases. Just when we were walking towards the new normal, a second wave hit the country. Though we did not stop, it is again time to take all the necessary precautions. WHO states masks must be worn in “areas where the virus is circulating”, and in “crowded settings”, where you “can’t be at least 1 meter from others. Here is the list of things to keep in mind as we see a high surge in coronavirus cases:
- You should always clean your hands before and after using a mask, and before touching it while wearing it.
- Always wear a mask when you go out
- Maintain social distancing
- Use surface disinfectant before touching anything outside
- Wash your hands frequently
- Don’t touch your eyes, nose, or mouth. Wash your hands and then do it
- Take a bath after coming back home
- Spray disinfectant to all your belongings after coming back home
- Clean your table before sitting on it
- While traveling in-cab use sanitizer
- Cover your nose and mouth with your bent elbow or a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
- Stay home if you feel unwell.
- If you have a fever, cough, and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention.
- Avoid going out on vacations.
