Malaika Arora’s workout videos are a rage on social media and recently, during one of her gym sessions Sara Ali Khan joined her.

In a video shared by Malaika’s trainer Namrata Purohit the two actresses were seen nailing the Pilates session as they sweat it out doing squats. “‘Back’ with my strong #PilatesGirls. @saraalikhan95 @malaikaaroraofficial killing it and giving us some serious Monday motivation,” she captioned the video.

In proper synchronised moves, the duo can be seen doing core-strengthening and muscle strengthening exercises. While Sara is still enjoying the success of her recent film Simmba, Malaika is having the best time of her life with rumoured boyfriend Arjun Kapoor.
