Some people sigh just like breathing and it happens involuntarily. Just the duration of it is slightly longer than a regular breath. You inhale and then some more and then exhale it all at once. Sighing is often linked with relief, sadness, and anxiety but it also has the power to test a person’s mood. But what does it means when a person sigh a lot? Here is what science says

As per science, you inhale and then some more and then exhale it all at once which is decoded to one sigh in about five minutes. But sighing a lot more than this can signal some kind of brain activity that might suggest you are reacting to something. It can also indicate an underlying respiratory problem.
