•    Eat salt

People with low blood pressure should increase their salt intake as it helps to raise blood pressure. But take it in limits as too much salt is also unhealthy.

•    Drink water

•    Have a cup of coffee

Caffeinated drinks like tea or coffee might help boost your blood pressure for the time. When your BP dips down have a cup of coffee or tea.

•    Tulsi leaves
