There are various vitamins that require fat in order to get absorbed and benefit us. These include vitamins A, D, E, and K–all of which are fat-soluble. So when you remove fat from our diet, you are also reducing your ability to absorb these vitamins which are necessary and affect multiple bodily functions.

  • Cholesterol levels might increase

If you cut off good fats from your diet you might experience higher cholesterol levels.

Fats play a role in you having a sharp memory and a focused mind which is why people always ask to consume fish to increase memory as it is rich in fats. So cutting out fats from your body could mean that your mental health might get affected.
