Difference between alkaline water and normal water:

Health benefits of black alkaline water

The only seller of black alkaline water in India claims that plain water lacks several essential minerals, which are crucial for the body. Plain RO water has a low pH value, is acidic, corrosive, and bitter. This is hard for the body to absorb whereas Alkaline water is more nutrient-rich and beneficial for people who have high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol.

Hydration:

As the water molecules in the alkaline water are smaller they are easily absorbed by the cell which helps in contracting the muscles in a better way, improving the functioning of the kidneys.
