Few studies suggest that the harmful rays of the phone can cause sudden skin breakouts. The studies say that mobiles have germs and bacteria that can hop onto your face  from hands leading to breakouts and blemishes. So clean  your mobile with wipes every day.

Excessive cell phone usage late at night can lead to sleepless nights and then they start looking at their cell phone again, which can lead to disturbed sleep patterns and irregular sleep patterns can lead to a cranky mood.

Even when you’re not looking at your phone, it can still mess with your mind as studies suggest that people think their cell phone was vibrating to alert them even when it wasn’t.
