We all are very much inspired by celebrities, and you will be glad to know that celebs never miss their breakfast. Today we have brought you a list of food items that celebrities like to eat in the morning. Check it out below: 

Alia is a big-time foodie but she likes to keep her diet in check. For breakfast, she prefers having a plate full of antioxidants rich foods. She starts her day with some herbal tea or coffee. Poha and egg sandwiches are also the options that she likes. 

Priyanka Chopra is also a food lover, she likes to eat paratha with desi ghee in breakfast, she also prefers a bowl of healthy cereals. 

Kareena likes to keep her breakfast simple, she starts the day with a cup of coffee. Then she likes to have some yogurt with one or two parathas or a bowl of muesli. One thing that she never forgets to have are a few nuts that she adds to her bowl of muesli.

Shilpa Shetty is a fitness freak, earlier in an interview she revealed: “I start my day with noni juice, which gives me a lot of strength. Then, I do oil pulling for 7-10 minutes using cold-pressed coconut oil. Since I get up really early, my breakfast is divided into two. I start off with a raw fruit so it’s either a banana or grated apple, blueberries, in my muesli. I try to keep it low in sugar. I prefer using natural forms of sugar like honey or powdered jaggery.” However, her early morning breakfast is a smoothie that contains almond milk, banana, raw oats, and honey. “I also have two eggs around 10-10: 30 am with raw avocado and a whole wheat toast with butter.”

Deepika also likes to give a healthy start to her day. She usually eats  Dosa, Idli or Upma in her breakfast along with some nuts, be it almond or walnut, and a glass of nonfat milk. Other than South Indian food she eats eggs.

Salman Khan eats his breakfast king size. A complete buffet is served for him in breakfast which includes eggs, bread, butter, mixed vegetables, chapatis, and low-fat milk.

Malaika Arora starts her day with warm honey and lemon water. For breakfast, she eats a bowl of fresh mixed fruits, with idli or upma or poha or multigrain toast with egg whites. She also likes to have vegetable juices and smoothies during the day.
