My Experience of Using Face Jade Roller 

Keeping up with the beauty trends is something that all of us like. Well, I recently tried jade roller,  a paint roller–type tool for the face made from solid jade stone that’s been said to decrease puffiness and under-eye circles, and even minimize the look of fine lines. Since I have been using it so here is my experience and everything that you need to know about face jade roller:

What is a jade roller? 

It is like a miniature paint roller, but it with two ends. One containing a larger-sized stone (intended for the forehead, cheeks, jawline, and neck) and one containing a smaller stone (for the under eyes.)

What does it do?

The roller helps eliminate puffiness. The roller massages the lymphatic system, which is a network of tissues and organs just below the skin that helps to rid the body of toxins and waste. Massaging the lymphatic system is key to helping our face move the excess water, which causes puffiness. So using the roller will make your skin clearer and healthier. 

How to use it?

You must use it on clean and moisturized skin. Start from your clavicle, then move to the jawline and neck, followed by the nose, lips, chin, forehead, and finally, ending with the eyes. Also, remember rolling should be done in an “upward and outward” direction. 

Here is my review:

After hearing a lot about it from influencers and my friends I decided to use it. Every night I used to apply some serum or oil to my face and start rolling. After a few days, I saw a noticeable difference in my dark circles. After using it for several days I noticed that my face looked slimmer and smoother than usual. I massaged my face daily for 10 to 15 minutes. It also gave a little pink glow. 

What I love about the jade roller is how perfectly it helped the serum get into my face. Just be sure to massage gently, as too much pressure could burst pimples, leading to further inflammation or breakouts. I think I will keep using the jade roller for its soothing and relaxing effects. 

Remember to clean your jade roller with warm water before every use and store it in a clean, dry place.
