Things That You Should Never Add to Your Coffee

Coffee is something that most people consume almost every day and some even start their day with it. Well, coffee is healthy for your body, but you should not go extra on caffeine also adding the wrong ingredient to your coffee makes it unhealthy and fattening  for you. Make sure your cup of coffee stays the way it is by not adding any extra or especially the bellow ingredients to it.

You may think that adding artificial sweeteners is great, but that is not the case. If you want your coffee to be healthy  then don’t add artificial sweeteners to your drink.

  • Creamers

Here we are not talking about cream or milk, we are talking about flavored creamers. Each tablespoon of creamers contains 5 grams of sugar, and so adding three tablespoons equates to 15 grams of sugar per cup.

  • Flavored syrups

Adding flavored syrups to your drink increases their sugar content. Like adding Chai Tea syrup in Dunkin makes the sugar content of your latte shoot to 58 grams from 7 grams.

  • Condensed milk

Condensed milk is one of the unhealthiest ingredients you can add to your brew. Just two tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk contain 22 grams of sugar and 130 calories

  • Oil-based creamers

Just because keto is linked to weight loss doesn’t mean everything with the keto label is good for you. Keto oil-based creamers are high in fatso instead for low-fat, low-sugar creamers.

  • Ice  Creams

Avoid adding any kind of ice cream including sugar free ones to avoid extra calories.
