Pancakes and waffles are a popular weekend breakfast for many people. Both pancakes and waffles contain flour, eggs, sugar, and milk and are very high in refined flour and syrup used over it is high in sugar.   • Fruit juice 

A lot of people like to have their breakfast with a glass of juice, but they are probably the worst choice for breakfast. They are high in sugar and can have a negative effect on your insulin levels. 

  • Granola bars

They seem like a great breakfast option but they are not. They are high in fiber but contain a lot of added sugar and sugar is always bad for your health. 

  • Bacon and sausage 

The processed meat can contain harmful chemicals which are linked to high blood pressure. So avoid having meat for breakfast. 

  • Flavored Yogurt 

Yogurt is loaded with protein but the artificial flavors give it too much sugar. Instead of flavored one go for a healthy and plain variety with probiotics. 

  • Toast with buttery spread

A toast topped with some butter is an ideal breakfast for many people but it is not healthy. The buttery spreads contain trans fats, which can raise bad cholesterol and lowers good cholesterol. Also, they don’t contain any protein or fiber. 

  • Fried food 

Love English breakfast, fried eggs, bacon, and hash browns? Or desi one like chole bhautre, puri, paratha, and samosas? Instead of making you feel fresh, they will make you drowsy for the whole day. They are high in calories and trans fat.
